Registration
- The auction is open to anyone
- You do not need to be registered in the golf tournament to participate in the
- You must register with a valid Google, Facebook, or email account before being able to bid
Bidding
- The opening bid must be equal to, or greater than the posted starting bid
- Minimum bid must be $5 greater than the previous bid
- Bids are made by submitting your bid amount in the comments section of the auction item
- The successful bidder will be highest bid upon closing
- In the event of multiple bids for the same amount upon closing, the first bidder of the winning amount will be deemed the successful bidder
Auction Closing
- Bidding will remain open until the closing time posted in the description of each auction item
- At this time, our auction moderators will disable the comments section for the item
- All bids will be considered valid until the comments are disabled, so put your best bid forward
Claiming Your Prize
- The winner will be contacted to make arrangements to pay for and claim the prize
- Payments can be e-transferred to: treasurer@1212benevolentfund.org
- Once an item is paid for, it will be considered as claimed
- If the item is not claimed within 24hrs, the next highest bidder will be offered the prize
- Local pickup for prizes only. Please make arrangements by contacting: golf@1212benevolentfund.org
